Weight Loss Management -90 days plan

currently obesity becomes a big problem all over the world. Lots of people try different type of diet, exercise to reduce weight but nothing can help. Here I discuss a diet and exercise plan with you which generally I  use in my patient.

1.  First change your eating habits.
Take your lunch between 10-11 am and your dinner before 8 pm
2.  Avoid to eat anything between lunch and dinner.
If you become hungry at afternoon take a little food or fruits.
3.  Avoid high calorie diet, fast food, cold drinks etc.
4.  Avoid spicy and oily food.
5.  Avoid papad, non veg, pickle, jam fermented food.
6.  Dont sleep at afternoon and just after dinner.
7.  Morning walk at least 5 km daily
8.  Surya namskar
(sun salutation) at least 5/ day. Try to increase number day by day.
9.  If possible avoid dinner instead of that take oats or daliya.
10. Ayurvedic medicines such as guggul and panchakarma can also better help.
11. Follow the whole plan for 90 days to see the result.
